I am looking for a way to patch a sheepskin rug that my dog has fallen in love with. It is beige and mauve?
There are bare spots in the rug, and if I could find someone who sells patches or pieces of beige sheepskin, I could repair it.
Answer: Just start looking around stores. I would just buy another one. I just got a puppy and she has taken ownership of my sheepskin rug too. It is only a matter of time that I will be posting a similar question to yours. I don't know where you could just get a piece of one. Maybe you could put an add on craigslist or whatever your local one is for a beige sheepskin and see if you can get a used one for patching.
